About Me

My photo
A farmers daughter and Penn State Agricultural and Extension Education student, I enjoy laughing (a lot actually), capturing Lancaster county beauty in the form of an Instagram and pursuing the heart of my Savior. This is authentically me, simply put: my adventures, my passion and my journey of becoming an Agriculture Educator.

Trusting the Journey

Transitions.

Decisions.

Relationships.

Challenges.

Simply put, that's life. All that and the kitchen sink, right?!

The good, the bad and the ugly.

Simply put, it's all part of the journey. The journey to becoming who I was designed to be. The pushing and pulling and stretching and growing that daily molds me into who I am to become. The journey. The journey that is hard and long, yet in amongst it all God sprinkles blessings; He scatters good.

"I am learning to trust the journey. Even when I don't understand it."

A journey of a student
to become an agricultural educator;
 a journey to becoming me.

Simply put, this blog is about the journey. An authentic, real-life, true-blue glimpse at my journey to becoming an Agricultural Educator. The journey about chasing my passion; the journey to the classroom.

My name is Janae Herr, I am junior at Penn State University where I am passionately pursing a degree in Agriculture & Extension Education with minors in Agribusiness Management and International Agriculture. Thanks for joining me in my journey as a pre-service teacher. Here's to what is to come.
